Janice Chiu

Janice is a licensed architect based in California with a distinguished background in both architecture and interior design. She holds a Master’s degree from the AA School of Architecture in London and a B.A. in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. To enrich her international experience, Janice studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark, and briefly worked in Hong Kong before settling in the Peninsula, Bay Area.

With seven years of experience at prominent San Francisco architecture firms such as Brand + Allen Architects and BAR Architects, Janice has worked on a diverse range of projects. Her portfolio includes large-scale mixed-use housing, K-8 schools, retail developments, and charming neighborhood cafes.

Over the past decade, Janice has transitioned her focus from architectural projects to high-end, award-winning residential design. Her dual expertise in architecture and interior design allows her to offer a unique perspective on home design, creating spaces that are not only visually stunning but also exceptionally functional.
